The PBP Scholarship Process

How a limited number of people in need earn their Project Business Professional (PBP) credential free of charge — from application, through an assessor review, to a participating class and the exam.

An AI pre-check weighs the self-description against the program’s intent and returns a score to guide the board. AI sees no uploaded documents.

Board of five votes
Assessors vote to accept the applicant or not.
Rejected? One week to appeal. Data is erased only after that week without an appeal, or once the board has decided the appeal.

Applicant informed & admitted
On acceptance, the applicant joins the program and can pick a class.

Select a participating class
The applicant chooses from public classes that providers have marked as participating.

6Provider (AEP)
Provider accepts or rejects
The chosen provider confirms the seat, or declines.
Rejected → the applicant picks another class

7Applicant
Attend the class — free
The applicant takes part in the full class at no cost.

Sit the examination — free
The applicant takes the PBP exam free of charge to earn the credential.
